now to crystal palace....

It was nice to be back competing at the trials on sunday even if it was off a short approach.

I am excited to have won my 7th AAA's title in a row but now i have to spend the next two weeks finding my timing off a full run up.

My back has responded really well to training and treatment so i am now looking ahead to Crystal Palace and Monaco to secure my place for Berlin.

Hey there..I'm glad to see that you are back in business.:)

Right now I'm dealing with the same diagnosis as you, plus my "old" hernia, protusion and another old lysis in the same L5. This is getting tough since my training is really poor and limited.. Did you do anything really "effective" to get recovered.. I think I'll be losing the Worlds.. :/
