Now for a rest.....

Whilst letting my elbow settle i had an enjoyable week.

Thursday involved a fun day doing a photoshoot for Adidas for their new competition range and some of their new apparel technology. We also had to film our own 'Impossible is Nothing' story to be used on some Adidas roadshows touring the country this summer.

Along side some fellow athletes like Jess Ennis and Chrissy O, it was nice to rub shoulders with some other sports people such as Frank Lampard and Danny Cipriani.

I also had an enjoyable evening last night at the Cambridge University Athletics Club dinner where i was the after-dinner speaker. The evening was a great success apart from the odd technological error! (my fault!)

Now i am going to enjoy a well earned week off
